Each resident has their own, unique, online tenant portal where they can pay rent electronically. Residents are able to download an app to their device that allows them to save their information for ease of payment. Residents have the option to enable recurring payments to ensure their rent payment is never late. In the situation that a resident is unable to submit payments online, we work with them on an individual basis to meet their needs. Currently greater than 90% of residents utilize their online portal. 

We provide detailed monthly financial reports to all of our owners. These reports include a breakdown of all income received and all costs that occurred at their property during the prior month. There are a multitude of additional reports, that can be individually tailored to each owners preference and added to the owner portal monthly.
